What we cannot do
We cannot provide an individual veterinary diagnosis or treatment plan for your fish. For a sick fish, start with our troubleshooting guides and, if the problem is serious or persists, contact an aquatic veterinarian. We also do not sell products or answer order and delivery questions; those go to the retailer.
Corrections are welcome
If you spot a mistake, tell us which page and what seems wrong, ideally with a source. Confirmed errors are corrected and the page’s update date is changed. We read every message, but cannot promise an individual reply to each one.
